Do you think the 13+ MPH wind rule could be effectively applied to college football? It seems to work pretty well in the NFL.
If so, here is today's games which qualify according to RotoGrinders.

Indiana @ Michigan
Kansas @ Oklahoma St.
Texas A&M @ Tennessee
Iowa @ Wisconsin
Kent St. @ Eastern Michigan

IU rush 50% pass 49%
MICH rush 60% pass 39%

KU rush 63% (5.9/ attempt 8th in ncaa)pass 36%
OKST rush 43% pass 56%

TAMU rush 52% pass 47%
TEN rush 53% pass 46%

IOWA rush 54% pass 45%
WISC rush 53% pass 46%

KENT rush 56% pass 43%
EMU rush 51% pass 48%

All I got here is Kansas relies on passing the least and averages almost 6 yards/attempt and OKST is a pass heavy offense. Kansas -3 seems good and under 54.5 seems great.

Thanks for the research. I got those stats from teamrankings.com.

So much for that! Haha the wind must have been at both teams backs. 1,054 yards combined!

If somebody did this full time it would be interesting to know at what MPH does wind start to impact the total, if at all.

Boone pickins stadium is specifically designed to mitigate wind with a East - west direction . It stands as one of only a few major stadiums in the United States with goals positioned at both the east and west ends

Superb research digging into the engineering of the stadiums @dbott22.
As for the question from @HamSausage about how the wind impacts games ... I got my stats for the 13+ MPH rule from the site below:
