UAT Results

Through 28 games over the last 2 weeks, the results of the calculations are not good for NFL.

YppA against the spread is 12-13-3
RRS against the spread is 8-17-3
PpP against the spread is 11-14-3

RRS against the O/U is 11-17
PpP against the O/U is 11-17

Take out 7 games where there was inclement weather or key injuries and results are still not good.

YppA against the spread is 9-10-2
RRS against the spread is 6-13-2
PpP against the spread is 8-11-2

RRS against the O/U is 8-13
PpP against the O/U is 8-13

After trying to slice and dice the results to see if there was a common theme that seemed to work, all I could come up with is that in games where the Vegas spread was between -2.5 and 2.5; and the variance in the YppA spread versus the Vegas spread was between -4.5 and 4.5 ... the record was 5-0!! That was regardless of key injuries involved in the contest. Otherwise, would be 3-0.

The YppA is much easier for me to calculate than the RRS and PpP so I am going to save time and eliminate those two from my weekly analysis for NFL. I am going to continue studying the logic above that is 5-0, but am going back to my gut instinct for NFL other than that.

good idea , i seem to make money on Saturday college football than lose it on Sunday football I'm going to go with gut feelings on NFL also
